fitbit x the lobby 

Fitbit was founded in 2007 and produces wireless activity trackers that measure everyday data such as steps, puls and activity. Fitbits vision is to empower and inspire to a more active and healthier lifestyle.

brief

The assignment was to develop a concept and implement a showcase area for Fitbit at The Lobby in Stockholm. We should also show in an inspiring way how versatile the product design are in the everyday life.

 

challenges

The time to go from concept to a done implementation was one week. The Lobby provided their own exhibition displays that we could to use and implement in our concept. The area to work with was 3 sqm. 

 

result

We chose to highlight “Your Fitbit throughout the day” and created outfits tailored for different occasions during the day and mach the watches and wrist bands to show the variety of the products.

In addition to this, we wanted to emphasize that this was an activity product and did so through details in our display such as making the stairs feel lika a locker room with tailor made wooden plates, a branded towel, football and skipping-rope.
